About Us
Circle Search LLC is a boutique executive search firm offering executive search and talent advisory services to mission-driven organizations.We partner with boards, CEOs, and executive teams to identify, assess, and place senior leaders who bring strategic judgment, operational excellence, and cultural alignment.Each engagement is partner-led and intentionally selective, ensuring every search receives the rigor, attention, and discretion it deserves.We lead global executive searches in both the private and public sector, from Fortune 500 companies to universities and government agencies. We place diverse senior executives across all functions, including CEO, CFO, CHRO, CLO, and Board in a wide variety of industries.
Our Team
Prior to founding Circle Search LLC, Debbie spent eight years with Bridge Partners as a Partner leading the Washington, DC office and over six years as a Managing Director in Major, Lindsey & Africa's in-house practice group. Prior to executive search, she was in-house counsel for Marriott International and General Counsel of an international restaurant chain. She began her career as an attorney at Troutman Sanders and Reed Smith.Debbie is actively involved in the community and co-chairs the governance committee for the Board of Directors of the Washington Project for the Arts, supporting artist-driven projects, advocacy, and dialogue so that artists can live, work, and flourish. She also serves as vice-chair of The Norwood School Board of Trustees.Debbie received a BA degree from McGill University and a JD from Washington & Lee School of Law, where she served on the Editorial Board of The Journal of Civil Rights and Social Justice.
